Return & Refund Policy

At Luxeevista, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and seamless booking experiences. As a hotel property owner and operator, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and clarity for all our guests.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to bookings made directly via our official website: https://luxeevista.co.in. It does not apply to bookings made through third-party travel portals or agents.

2. Room Booking Cancellation & Refunds

Guests may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

✅ Flexible Rate Bookings

Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before check-in.
50% refund if cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or for no-shows.

🚫 Non-Refundable/Promotional Bookings

Bookings made under “non-refundable” rates or special discounts cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Early Check-Out / No-Show

Guests checking out earlier than planned will not be entitled to any refund for unused nights.
In the case of a no-show (without prior notice), the booking will be treated as cancelled without refund.

5. Modifications to Bookings

Date changes are allowed based on room availability and applicable tariff differences.
Modifications must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events, Luxeevista reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation terms. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
